Perhaps that means that the Versa 3 can’t be set up on Windows 10, I can’t say, since my Versa 3 had problems. The Fitbit app confirmed that the installation was successful, but the watch would never exit out of the setup and launch the clock face. I experimented with it on my previous Versa 3 (which was defective), and managed to set it up (sort of) using that app. I unchecked sync all day sync in the settings, not sure why but I figured that process would be running in background all day and I use the phone app or that purpose when I walk or run.There is a Fitbit app for Windows 10 in the Windows Marketplace. Once done, the Zip reset all readings to zero and reset the clock to the correct time.Ħ. Select the Fitbit device you're using and the rest of the setup was automatic. Under Dashboard, there is an icon at the top of the screen, located next to the to edit/pencil that allows you to select the type of Fitbit you have (I don't recall it's name, it became an image of the Zip once I set it up) - select that iconĥ.
